Current Findings and Admissions of Unprofessional Conduct

In the interest of greater transparency, the AIBC publishes findings and admissions of unprofessional conduct on its web site for a period of six months after the effective date of the finding or admission. A ‘finding’ of unprofessional conduct may be made at a formal Disciplinary Inquiry, while an ‘admission’ arises from the AIBC’s consensual resolution process.

Where sanctions, such as fines or suspensions, may extend or remain unsatisfied beyond the six-month web publication period, the web publication will continue until the sanction is satisfied or for one year, whichever period is shorter.

To access older findings and admissions of unprofessional conduct, or for information about AIBC registrants' professional conduct history, please contact the AIBC's Professional Conduct Department through jbuchan@aibc.ca or groberts@aibc.ca.

If no information appears below, there are no current findings or admissions of unprofessional conduct posted at this time.
