Role Call: AIBC Design Panel Committee

The AIBC’s Design Panel Committee (DPC) is seeking a new member for its team. The committee engages in valuable discussions on the importance and role of advisory design panels (ADPs), including how best to promote their appropriate function in the public interest. The committee reviews ADP applications and provides recommendations for nomination of candidates to municipal advisory design panels across the province. For additional information, please refer to AIBC Bulletin 65, “Advisory Design Panels: Standards for Procedures and Conduct”, which provides an outline of the objectives, criteria and procedures for nomination to, and service on, an advisory design panel (http://www.aibc.ca/bulletins/Bulletin_65_jan09.pdf).
