The Architectural Professions Act (proposed)

The AIBC, in consultation with its membership, affiliate organizations, and the provincial government, has developed a draft document for consideration in creating new legislation. The proposed Architectural Professions Act is a working document subject to ongoing revision. It should also be kept in mind that full authority for final decisions regarding formal legislation rests with the provincial government.
