University of British Columbia

UBC, through its School of Architecture and Landscape Architecture (SALA), offers the only professional architecture degree program in the province (Master of Architecture - MArch). Additionally, UBC offers:

  • Master of Advanced Studies in Architecture (MASA), an  advanced research, non-professional program;

  • Master of Landscape Architecture (MLA), the only professional landscape architecture program in B.C.;

  • Master of Advanced Studies in Landscape Architecture (MASLA), an advanced research, non-professional program; and

  • Bachelor of Environmental Design (ENDS), an undergraduate architecture/landscape architecture, non-professional program.
