Important Registration Information
Registration for the Annual General Meeting closes on June 8, 2026. Registration information will be used to record Learning Units for CES Participants. Please ensure that the information used to register for the Annual General Meeting matches what is recorded with the AIBC (for example: legal name, not preferred name).
The 107th Annual General Meeting webcast lobby will open at 11:30 a.m. PDT, and the meeting will begin at 12 p.m. PDT.

Learning Units
CES Participants (Architects AIBC, Architectural Technologists AIBC, and Intern Architects AIBC) who attend the AIBC Annual General Meeting are entitled to Learning Units. To assist in recording these Learning Units, CES Participants are required to register online in advance.
Advisory Resolutions
For the 107th Annual General Meeting, Architects AIBC were invited to submit an Advisory Resolution to the Registrar from April 3 to 24, 2026. No resolutions were submitted. All resolutions must be submitted in advance of the Annual General Meeting for review by those attending the Annual General Meeting. Resolutions will not be accepted during the online meeting on June 11.
Advisory Resolutions must:
- be submitted to the Registrar in the required format at least 45 days in advance of the Annual General Meeting;
- be forwarded to Registrants at least 30 days prior to the Annual General Meeting as part of the meeting notice;
- be approved by a two-thirds affirmative majority of the votes received from Architects in Good Standing at a General Meeting; and,
- not be implemented if they are inconsistent with the PGA and its regulations or if they purport to make, amend, or repeal an AIBC Bylaw.
